В том же фильме Are you hungry переведено Ты голоден? А как обычно говорят по-русски? Скорее всего скажут Ты проголодался? или просто Хочешь есть? Английское Are you all right? наши кинопереводчики любят переводить Ты в порядке? Может быть, так и вправду у нас кто-то говорит или скоро станет говорить под влиянием «переводного языка». Но гораздо естественнее, «нормальнее» в ситуациях такого рода сказать Что с тобой? или даже Как ты?

Но гораздо естественнее, «нормальнее» в ситуациях такого рода сказать Что с тобой? или даже Как ты?

В американском фильме North, который был показан по нашему телевидению, мальчик говорит случайному знакомому, сказавшему ему что-то о Моцарте: Mozart’s dead, and I’m alive. Русский перевод: Моцарт мертв, а я жив. Но ведь по-русски Он мертв говорят разве что сразу после смерти, констатируя ее факт. Обычно же о человеке, тем более умершем много лет назад, говорят Он умер.
